Return & Exchange Process
1. Initiate Your Request
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use our template below to ensure we have all the magical details we need!
2. Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
3. Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form we provide.
4. Ship to Our Realm

To ensure the magical quality of all our costumes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wigs (for hygiene reasons – all our wigs are final sale)
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Custom-made or personalized costumes
- Items not in their original condition or missing tags
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Special Note on Wigs: Based on our website analysis, wigs from our “Wigs” category are specifically excluded from returns due to their intimate nature and hygiene considerations.

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. Exchanges follow the same process as returns outlined above.
